| 講演タイトル | Dr. Guanghui Ma ( Professor, Chinese Academy of Science, China) "Design and Application of Uniform Micro/nano Sphere/capsules in Bio-formulation Engineering" 〈要旨〉 Micro/nano particles (sphere/capsule) have important applications in bio-formulation engineering, such like sustained release formulation of protein/peptide drugs, targeting deliver system of anti-cancer drug, “chassis” or adjuvant for vaccine, and so forth. We have established uniform particle manufacture platform, and have designed drug-loaded particles for different applications by utilizing this special platform. In this presentation, the preparation and application results of uniform particles for protein/peptide drug formulation will be introduced firstly, where uniform particles guaranteed the repeatability of products. Furthermore, various intelligent uniform particles for controlled release of anti-cancer drug will be introduced, suck like, deformable particle, pH-sensitive particle, and so on. Deformability, size and shape effects of particles on drug efficiency were investigated. |
